One Tap Fly ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when using our app. By using Flappy India Bird, you agree to the terms of this policy.

This app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The app may collect the following non-personal information:

- Gameplay and usage data: session length, scores, level progress, and aggregated usage trends used to improve gameplay and balance.

Any third-party service we use will only receive the data necessary to provide their service and will be contractually bound to protect that data.
If we add analytics or advertising SDKs in the future, we will disclose their names here and update the Play Console Data Safety form accordingly.
6. Advertising & Monetization
Current status: Flappy India Bird does not display ads.
If we add advertising later, we will update this policy and the Data Safety information in the Play Console. If ads are shown to children, we will only use ad providers certified for family-safe ads and will disable personalized advertising for users identified as children.
7. Data Retention
We retain non-personal analytics and crash data only as long as needed to support app improvements and troubleshooting—typically no longer than 24 months—unless otherwise required for legal or safety reasons.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including using industry-standard transport security (e.g., TLS) for data in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy & Parental Requests
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at abhiyantsingh007@gmail.com and we will promptly take steps to delete that information. Please include the app name and a description of the data you would like deleted.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
